Terms of Use and Service Provision

1. Operator Information

The legal entity operating the website and the services under the TeeB Nexus brand.TeeB Nexus is operated by: TeeB Nexus Company Network.

2. Scope of Services

The categories of services provided or facilitated on the website.TeeB Nexus provides or facilitates the provision of the service categories displayed on the website, which may include:
  • Proxy;
  • VPS;
  • Digital accounts;
  • Software;
  • Social media services;
  • Other digital products and services.
Specific information on pricing, duration, usage limits, configuration, delivery methods, and product-specific policies is published on the product page or at the order confirmation step.

3. Acceptance of Terms

The provisions users agree to when registering or placing an order.By registering an account, placing an order, or using the services, users confirm that they have read and agree to:
  • These Terms;
  • The Personal Data Protection Policy;
  • The published refund, warranty, or service exchange policies;
  • The specific usage rules of each product;
  • The applicable legal regulations.

Consumer Rights

These Terms do not exclude or limit the mandatory rights of consumers under the laws of Vietnam.

4. Accounts

Security obligations and the scope of responsibility for accounts.Users must:

  • Keep passwords, OTP codes, and login devices secure;
  • Not sell, lease, or transfer the account in violation of applicable rules;
  • Immediately report any detected unauthorized access;
  • Bear responsibility for activities arising from the account due to their own fault.
TeeB Nexus reserves the right to request additional verification when there are indications of fraud, misappropriation, or violations of law.

5. Ordering and Electronic Contracting

Mandatory information displayed before payment and the point at which an order is confirmed.Before payment, the website displays:
  • The service name;
  • The configuration or quantity;
  • The duration;
  • The total price payable;
  • The delivery, exchange, refund, or warranty policy;
  • Any material restrictions.
An order is confirmed only when the system records a valid payment or another payment condition has been satisfied. Order confirmation details will be stored in the user's account or sent via email.

6. Pricing and Payment

Principles for price listing, confirmation of the total payment, and handling of errors.
  • Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website;
  • The total payment is confirmed before the user completes the transaction;
  • Users are not required to pay any fee that has not been disclosed;
  • Payment methods are subject to those currently published;
  • Transactions showing signs of fraud may be held for verification;
  • Obvious pricing errors caused by technical faults will be notified and resolved before the service is provided.

Payment Card Information

TeeB Nexus does not store users' payment card information. Payment details are processed by the respective bank or payment gateway in accordance with that entity's security standards.

7. TeeB Nexus Wallet

The nature of the wallet balance and how remaining balances are handled.
  • The wallet balance is a value recorded for paying for services within the system;
  • The wallet is not a bank account or an investment instrument;
  • Top-ups, use, adjustments, or refunds of the balance must be based on substantiated transactions;
  • Users may view their transaction history;
  • TeeB Nexus does not arbitrarily confiscate balances merely because an account is locked, except for amounts related to fraud, compensation, or handling required by law and supported by clear grounds;
  • If an account is terminated, any remaining lawful balance will be handled in accordance with the published policy and applicable law.

8. Service Delivery

How services are delivered and the obligation to inspect them upon receipt.Digital services may be delivered automatically through the user's account, API, email, or another published method.Users must inspect the product upon receipt and report any defects within the applicable period. This reporting period does not extinguish consumers' mandatory rights under the law.

Login Credentials and Secret Keys

Confidential information such as passwords, private keys, or access credentials may be displayed only within the secure account area instead of being sent via email.

9. Exchanges, Warranty, and Refunds

Cases eligible for refund consideration and cases not eligible for refunds.Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cases Eligible for Refund Consideration

  • The service has not been delivered;
  • TeeB Nexus is unable to provide the service as committed;
  • The service materially deviates from its description;
  • The transaction was recorded in duplicate;
  • A verified payment or system error;
  • Cases required by law.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • The service has been delivered as described and has been used;
  • Errors caused by the user entering incorrect information or failing to follow instructions;
  • The account or service was suspended due to violations;
  • Claims arising from the use of the service for prohibited purposes;
  • Other cases clearly disclosed before purchase that are not contrary to law.

Handling Principles

All requests are reviewed based on evidence. TeeB Nexus does not apply a "no refunds under any circumstances" policy and does not restrict users' right to dispute transactions.

10. Lawful Use

Prohibited conduct when using the services.Users may not use the services to:
  • Intrude into, attack, distribute malware, or sabotage systems;
  • Commit fraud, misappropriation, impersonation, or account theft;
  • Send spam, harass others, or distribute unlawful content;
  • Infringe privacy, copyright, or intellectual property rights;
  • Conceal criminal activity;
  • Trade in prohibited goods, data, or services;
  • Circumvent security measures or technical restrictions;
  • Causing harm to TeeB Nexus, its technical infrastructure or other users.
TeeB Nexus may suspend the service where there are reasonable grounds of a violation, and will notify, explain, or allow appeals to the extent appropriate.

11. Infrastructure factors and limits of technical control

Limits of control and the scope of TeeB Nexus's responsibility.Some services depend on network links, data centers, payment gateways or social media platforms. TeeB Nexus is responsible for clearly stating the scope of what it provides, but cannot give absolute guarantees for factors beyond its reasonable control.The use of third parties does not relieve TeeB Nexus of responsibility for obligations that TeeB Nexus has directly committed to customers.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Protection of trademarks and content, and the channel for handling infringements.Logos, interfaces, source code, content, and materials owned by or licensed to TeeB Nexus are protected by law.Users may not copy, modify, publish, exploit, or counterfeit the brand without permission.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

Requests to address content infringing intellectual property rights must be sent in Vietnamese to support@teebnexus.com, together with proof of ownership and the allegedly infringing content.

13. Suspension and Termination

Grounds for service suspension and users' right to appeal.An account or service may be suspended when:
  • Requested by a competent authority;
  • There are indications of fraud or unauthorized access;
  • The user seriously violates these Terms;
  • A payment is reversed or invalid;
  • A security incident needs to be addressed;
  • The service poses risks to the system or third parties.
TeeB Nexus will apply proportionate measures, keep records, and provide an appeal channel, except where the law or security requirements do not permit prior notice.

14. Responsibilities of TeeB Nexus

TeeB Nexus's commitments and the limits of the liability disclaimer.TeeB Nexus is responsible for:
  • Providing clear service information;
  • Fulfilling orders as confirmed;
  • Protecting data and account information;
  • Receiving and resolving complaints;
  • Remedying faults for which it is responsible;
  • Providing refunds, exchanges, or compensation where substantiated and in accordance with the law.

Limits of the Liability Disclaimer

The liability disclaimer does not apply where TeeB Nexus commits an intentional violation, is grossly at fault, or where the law does not permit the exclusion of liability.

15. Force Majeure

Objective events beyond reasonable control and the obligation to give notice.Force majeure may include natural disasters, war, widespread infrastructure failures, acts of state authorities, or objective events that cannot reasonably be foreseen or remedied.The affected party must give notice within a reasonable time and take measures to mitigate damages.

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The channel for receiving complaints and the dispute resolution process.Users may submit complaints to the email address support@teebnexus.com. TeeB Nexus will receive, verify, and respond within the published reasonable time frame.The parties shall prioritize negotiation and mediation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent authority in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Users' Right to Complain

Unilateral decisions by TeeB Nexus are not deemed "final and binding". Users always retain the right to complain and to seek resolution in accordance with the law.

17. Changes to the Terms

How the Terms are updated and the principle of non-retroactivity.TeeB Nexus may update these Terms to remain consistent with its services and the law. Material changes affecting users' rights and obligations will be announced in advance via the website, user accounts, or email within a reasonable period.Changes shall not be applied retroactively to the detriment of completed transactions, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Governing Law

The governing law and the severability of these Terms.These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If any provision is determined to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
