Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope of Application

The services governed by this Policy and the responsibility to comply with the law.This Policy applies to all products and services provided on the website teebnexus.com, including Proxy, VPS, digital accounts, software, and other digital services.Users are responsible for using the services in compliance with the laws of Vietnam, the laws of the jurisdiction where their activities are carried out, and the applicable terms of any relevant third-party platforms.

2. Accepted Purposes of Use

The lawful purposes for which the services may be used.The services may be used for lawful purposes such as:
  • Administering and testing systems owned by the user or which the user is authorized to manage;

  • Managing infrastructure, automation, and operating accounts lawfully owned by the user;

  • Conduct DDoS attacks, distribute malware, or scan for or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
  • Gain unauthorized access to the accounts, servers, data, or systems of others;
  • Commit fraud, impersonation, misappropriation of property, or theft of information;
  • Steal accounts, passwords, OTP codes, cookies, tokens, or identification data;
  • Send spam email, spam messages, or harassing content;
  • Trade in goods, data, or services prohibited by law;
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or personal data;
  • Generate fake engagement, reviews, traffic, or transactions for fraudulent purposes;
  • Conceal criminal conduct or the illegal origin of funds;
  • Circumvent the protective measures, filters, or technical restrictions of TeeB Nexus;
  • Sublease or transfer the services in violation of the conditions of the product;
  • Use resources excessively in a manner that affects other users or the system.

4. Restricted Content and Access Destinations

Access destinations that may be blocked for legal, safety, or system stability reasons.TeeB Nexus may apply technical measures to block or restrict:
  • Websites engaged in impersonation, malware distribution, or fraud;
  • Financial systems, banking systems, or high-risk sensitive services;
  • Streaming services that consume substantial resources where the plan does not support such use;
  • Content prohibited by law;
  • Domains or addresses identified as engaging in abusive conduct.

Updates to the Restricted List

The restricted list may be updated as necessary for legal, safety, or stability reasons. Material changes that directly affect purchased services will be notified within a reasonable period.

5. User Responsibilities

Obligations to verify legality and maintain security when using the services.Users must:
  • Verify their access rights and the legality of the activities they perform;
  • Keep their account and service information secure;
  • Not share access credentials with unauthorized persons;
  • Immediately cease any activity showing signs of causing damage;
  • Cooperate when TeeB Nexus needs to verify indications of fraud or abuse;
  • Take responsibility for the data, commands, and conduct arising from their account, except where caused by the fault of TeeB Nexus.

6. Monitoring and Handling of Violations

How violations are detected and the corresponding enforcement measures.TeeB Nexus may use technical logs, security alerts, traffic limits, and complaint information to detect abnormal conduct.Where there are reasonable grounds, TeeB Nexus may:
  • Issue a warning or require remediation;
  • Limit features or traffic;
  • Suspend the service for verification;
  • Terminate the service in cases of serious violations;
  • Preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities upon a lawful request.

Enforcement Principles

Enforcement measures must be proportionate to the severity of the violation. Refunds or handling of account balances shall be carried out in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law; the entire balance is not automatically forfeited.

7. Appealing Enforcement Decisions

How to submit an explanation when an account or service is restricted.Users may submit an explanation or appeal to support@teebnexus.com.The submission should include the account, order code, time of occurrence, technical information, and relevant evidence.

8. Reporting Abuse

Information to provide when reporting abuse originating from TeeB Nexus services.Abuse reports may be sent to support@teebnexus.com, including:

  • The time of occurrence;
  • A description of the incident;
  • Appropriate evidence or logs.
