Anti-Fraud and Suspicious Transaction Policy

1. Objectives

The risks this Policy is intended to prevent.TeeB Nexus implements reasonable measures to prevent the website and services from being misused for:
  • Payment fraud;
  • Account takeover;
  • Use of unlawful sources of funds;
  • Fraudulent refunds or chargebacks;
  • Concealment of the origin of transactions;
  • Financing or supporting activities prohibited by law;
  • Sale or transfer of services to unauthorized persons.

2. Scope

The activities and transactions governed by this Policy.This Policy applies to:
  • Account registration and management;
  • Deposits and payments;
  • The TeeB Nexus Wallet;
  • Purchases, renewals, and refunds;
  • Affiliates, commissions, and withdrawals;
  • Transactions involving Proxy, VPS, accounts, software, and digital services.

3. User Identification Principles

The level of verification required depends on the risk of the transaction.Depending on the level of risk, TeeB Nexus may require:
  • Verification of email address or phone number;
  • Verification of ownership of the payment method;
  • Basic identifying information;
  • Information relating to the intended purpose of use;
  • Documentation of the source of funds or transactions;
  • Additional verification where unusual indicators are present.

Collection limitation

TeeB Nexus does not collect identity documents on a mass basis where unnecessary. Verification data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy.

4. Risk Indicators

Indicators that may cause a transaction to be subject to verification.Indicators may include:
  • Multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP, phone number, or receiving account;
  • Large or repeated deposits inconsistent with usage history;
  • Unusually structured or split transactions;
  • Depositing funds followed by an immediate withdrawal or refund request;
  • Use of payment information that does not match the user;
  • Logins from multiple unusual locations;
  • Creation of multiple identical orders within a short period;
  • Deliberate concealment of identity or purpose of use;
  • A fraud claim is raised by a bank, an account holder or a payment gateway;
  • Use of the services for prohibited activities.

A single indicator does not constitute a violation

A single, isolated indicator does not by itself establish that a user has committed a violation.

5. Control Measures

Measures that may be applied when a risk is detected.TeeB Nexus may:
  • Require additional verification;
  • Temporarily restrict transactions;
  • Suspend the processing of withdrawals or refunds during the verification period;
  • Decline high-risk payment methods;
  • Restrict or temporarily suspend features;
  • Cancel incomplete transactions;
  • Retain logs and preserve evidence;
  • Report or provide information to competent authorities upon a lawful request.

No confiscation of balances based on alerts alone

TeeB Nexus does not automatically confiscate lawful balances based solely on risk alerts.

6. Wallet and Balances

The nature of the wallet and the conditions for balance adjustments.The TeeB Nexus Wallet is not a bank account, an investment account, or a money transfer service. The wallet may not be used to transfer funds directly between individuals.Any balance adjustment must:
  • Have a stated reason;
  • Have a corresponding transaction or history;
  • Be made under appropriate administrative authority;
  • Have an audit log;
  • Be subject to a complaint-handling mechanism.

7. Cryptocurrency and Third-Party Payments

Principles applicable to payments made in USDT or digital assets.For payments made in USDT or digital assets, TeeB Nexus applies the following principles:
  • Only channels and processes that have undergone legal, accounting, and technical review are used;
  • Digital assets are not represented as lawful means of payment in Vietnam;
  • Transaction verification may be required, or transactions suspended, where risk indicators are present;
  • No support is provided for mixing funds, concealing the source of funds, or forwarding assets to third parties.

8. Security and Retention

The scope of access to, and retention period of, fraud-screening information.Fraud-screening information is restricted to authorized personnel, retained only for as long as necessary, and not disclosed to unrelated parties.

9. Governing Law and Limitation of Scope

This Policy is governed by the laws of Vietnam.The operations of TeeB Nexus and this Policy are governed by the laws of Vietnam. TeeB Nexus is not subject to, and makes no representation of compliance with, the anti-money laundering regulations of any other country.TeeB Nexus does not represent that it:
  • Is a bank, credit institution, or financial institution;
  • Is an entity regulated by any foreign financial regulatory authority;
  • Performs reporting obligations under the laws of any other country;
  • Is a reporting entity under Vietnam's anti-money laundering laws unless so determined by a competent authority or legal counsel.
If the business model changes, this Policy will be reviewed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
